Teacher Professional Development Workshop
༄༅། །འདི་སློབ་ཀྱི་དགེ་རྒན་ཆེད་ལས་ཡར་རྒྱས་ལས་གཞིའི་ཚོགས་ཆུང་དང་སློབ་གྲྭའི་སཱི་ཤེས་ཡོན་ཚོགས་ཆུང་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་གྱིས་གོ་སྒྲིག་ཞུས་པ་བཞིན། འདི་ཟླའི་ཕྱི་ཚེས་ ༢༧ རེས་གཟའ་ཟླ་བ་ཉིན་རྒྱབ་རྡ་ས་བོད་ཀྱི་དཔེ་མཛོད་ཁང་གི་ངེས་སྟོན་པ་དགེ་བཤེས་ལྷག་རྡོར་མཆོག་ནས་འདི་གའི་དགེ་ལས་རྣམས་ལ་དྲ་ལམ་བརྒྱུད་ཆེད་ལས་ཡར་རྒྱས་སླད། «སཱི་ཤེས་ཡོན་གྱི་སློབ་གསོ་» (SEE Learning) དང་། དགེ་རྒན་གྱི་ལས་འགན། སློབ་ཁྲིད་གནང་སྐབས་བཟང་སྤྱོད་ཀྱི་ལམ་ནས་སློབ་ཁྲིད་བྱེད་ཕྱོགས་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་སློབ་ཕྲུག་རྣམས་ལ་བྱམས་བརྩེའི་གསོ་སྐྱོང་དགོས་གལ་སོགས་ཀྱི་སྐོར་ལ་བཀའ་སློབ་ལམ་སྟོན་གནང་སྐབས་ཀྱི་བརྙན་པར།
Jointly organized by the School’s Teacher Professional Development (TPD) Committee and the SEE Learning Committee, a virtual workshop was held on July 27. Geshe Lhakdor, Director of the Library of Tibetan Works and Archives (LTWA), addressed our staff online. He provided invaluable guidance on ‘SEE Learning’, the responsibilities of an educator, ethical teaching practices, and the vital importance of cultivating compassion and love in our students.
