Traditional Tibetan Cuisine! Day 3 of our “Tibet Our Country” week was dedicated to our rich culinary heritage. The organizing committee invited venerable Khenpos, Geshes, and esteemed local elders to the school. They provided our students with live demonstrations and detailed explanations on how to prepare traditional Tibetan food, particularly the art of making Tsampa.
